Some chemotherapeutic drugs cure cancer through destroying genome DNA structure of tumor cells or by blocking gene expression in cells. Such drugs, when combined with Gendicine, should be also applied 48-72hrs after Gendicine injection.
For other kinds of therapy drugs combined with Gendicine, no special schedule is needed. However, if the drugs directly affect the adenovirus, they should not be combined with Gendicine to avoid unpredictable reaction.
