As conventional therapies for tumors, radio- and chemo-therapies have definitive effects, and can combine with a variety of tumor therapies. Experimental data have suggested that Ad-p53 can increase sensitivity of tumor cell to radio- and chemo-therapies. Clinical trials have proved that the efficiency of Gendicine combined with radio- and chemo-therapies is better than radio- and chemo-therapies alone，and shown antagonistic effects against side-effects caused by radio- and chemo-therapies in some degree. The combination of Gendicine with radio- and chemo-therapies has synergic effects.
