It depends on the cases of different patients. Gendicine is generally being used through intratumoral injection to treat cancer. However, when cancer metastases happen in multiple organs or the tumor is located in the organ which is hard to perform local injection, it will be administered  intravenously. Gendicine can also be administered by hepatic artery infusion, intraperitoneal injection, bronchoalveolar lavage, intravesical instillation.
